By using Splyt Streams ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app does

The app displays publicly available Twitch streams using Twitch's embed player. You choose which channels to add and arrange them in a grid on your device.

Not affiliated with Twitch

This app is an independent personal project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Twitch Interactive, Inc. Twitch and the Twitch logo are trademarks of Twitch Interactive, Inc.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Twitch content and features.
• You are responsible for your internet connection, device performance, and any Twitch subscriptions or account settings (including Turbo).
• You may not use the app to harass others, violate copyright, or attempt to disrupt Twitch or this app.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Streams, embeds, login prompts, ad behavior, and performance may change at any time because they depend on Twitch, your browser, and your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including issues related to Twitch embeds, bandwidth use, or account access.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
